Terms & Conditions & Loyalty Policy

Welcome to LUXORA — The Salon. Please review our official terms governing website usage, appointment bookings, digital wallet management, and loyalty rewards redemption.

⭐ 1. LUXORA Loyalty Points Program

  • Earning Rate: Registered members earn 10% of their net (pre-GST) service bill as Loyalty Points on every completed appointment or POS billing transaction.
  • Point Value: 1 Loyalty Point = ₹1.00 INR.
  • Welcome Joining Bonus: Every new customer registration instantly receives 100 Bonus Loyalty Points (₹100 value) and ₹500 Wallet Credit.
  • Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum appointment subtotal of ₹1,000 is required to redeem Loyalty Points during checkout.
  • Maximum Redemption Cap: On appointment bookings, points can cover up to a maximum of 50% of the service subtotal.
  • Full Payment by Points: At the front desk, a bill may alternatively be paid entirely with Loyalty Points as a payment method (1 pt = ₹1, GST included) — the booking-time minimum and cap apply only to redemption during online booking.
  • How to Redeem: Points can be redeemed online during Step 3 of the booking wizard in your Customer Portal or at front-desk checkout.

💼 2. Digital Member Wallet Terms

  • Prepaid Balance: Member Wallet funds do not expire and can be used for any hair, skin, scalp, or bridal service.
  • Combinable Rewards: Wallet funds can be combined with Promo Code discounts and Loyalty Points.
  • Refund & Top-Ups: Front-desk management can credit refunds or promotional top-ups directly to your wallet balance with mandatory transaction remarks.

🏷️ 3. Promo Codes & Day-Specific Offers

  • Strict Day Validation: Day-specific promo codes (e.g., MIDWEEK20, WEEKEND15) are valid strictly on their specified days of the week.
  • Booking Date Matching: The system automatically verifies that your selected appointment date matches the valid days of the promo code.
  • One Promo Code Per Booking: Only one promotional coupon code may be applied per appointment checkout.

📅 4. Appointments, Taxes & Cancellation Policy

  • GST Tax Regulations: As per government tax laws, all service invoices are subject to 18% GST (CGST 9% + SGST 9%).
  • Cancellation Policy: A confirmed appointment can be cancelled free of charge any time before the visit, from your portal or at the desk. Anything prepaid with wallet or points is refunded in full to the same tender.
  • Account Security: LUXORA reserves the right to suspend or block accounts engaging in fraudulent bookings or policy violations.
